DESCRIPTION:The purpose of the Public Hearing is to discuss the Community D
 evelopment Block Grant (CDBG) Program in general\, the needs of the Boroug
 h of Waynesboro\, and the Borough's performance under the previously funde
 d CDBG Program Years.  In accordance with PA Act 179\, dated October 11\, 
 1984\, P.L. 906\, No. 179\, the PA Department of Community and Economic De
 velopment (DCED) has allocated to the Borough of Waynesboro $171\,891 in F
 Y 2022 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Funds from the State's CDB
